Monday we are meeting at Julie's to spruce up the exterior of her home. Kind of like Extreme Make-Over Home Addition on a dollar store budget! The thought of unleashing the power washer on her vinyl siding makes me giddy! Actually, there's not a lot that needs to be done - we'll have more help than we need - but if you have a few too many lawn ornaments, hanging baskets, welcome mats, pink flamingos, or garden gnomes that need a new and loving home, feel free to drop your donation off between 10:30am-12:30pm at her house on Monday. (As soon as I posted this I had flashbacks of The Help. The novel, not the movie. Please don't donate used commodes to her front yard, unless you intend to plant flowers in their bowls!)
We've taken a bit of a blog hiatus, as you've noticed, but plan on working together to post daily updates.
